In consideration of a purchase price, Seagull Kennel transfers in fee simple, all rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with ownership of said Jack Russell Terrier.

This sum has been received as consideration for the purchase of the Seagull Kennel Jack Russell Terrier described as:

Both purchaser and Seagull Kennel acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied, have been made with regard to said Jack Russell Terrier's future abilities.

Seagull Kennel warrants to the best of their ability, said Jack Russell Terrier is sound and free from disease. The purchaser has the option to take said terrier within 24 hours of purchase, at their own expense, to a veterinarian of their choice. If the terrier is found not to be in good health, the purchaser will return the terrier to Seagull Kennel immediately. Seagull Kennel will either (1) replace the terrier; or (2) return it in good health within thirty (30) days. The adverse health report must be in writing and signed by a licensed and qualified veterinarian.

Terrier is guaranteed until one year of age against genetic conditions which are sufficiently serious in the opinion of two (2) licensed and qualified veterinarians, at

least one of which is selected by Seagull Kennel, to warrant euthanization of the terrier. In such an unlikely case, a written veterinarian report, with autopsy, will be

submitted and signed by both veterinarians. The terrier may be replaced with one of equivalent quality from the next litter at the sole discretion of Seagull Kennel.

Terrier is guaranteed to qualify for registration or recording, in the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America (JRTCA). SEAGULL will be used as the first name of all dogs when shown or registered.

If purchaser is unable to keep said terrier for ANY reason, they will contact Seagull Kennel and return the terrier to Seagull Kennel. Seagull Kennel may assist with placement in another home, or the terrier may remain at Seagull Kennel. Under no circumstances will buyer ever place this Jack Russell Terrier in an animal shelter, pound, or pet store of any type.

Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the terrier as of the date and time of this agreement. Seagull Kennel will not be held responsible for illness, accidents and/or injury to the terrier. All JRTCA paper work will be provided to the purchaser upon physical possession of said terrier and the completion of all payments to Seagull Kennel for said terrier.

If terrier does not qualify for registration or recording with the JRTCA, Seagull Kennel agrees to replace the terrier with another puppy upon return of the original terrier.

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the buyer and Seagull Kennel. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied, are included unless specifically stated in this written agreement. All payments owed to Seagull Kennel will be completed as agreed. We the undersigned have read understand and agree with the terms of this contract.
